Copy Cat

Isabella and I are sitting on the kitchen floor spoiling our dinner with a bag of JellyBellies.

M- Ewwww! Yuck. I don't like the banana flavour.
I- Ewwww! Yuck. I don't like banana. Just like you mom

[Later]

I- These black ones are yucky.
M-Yeah. Licorice is yucky. Let's save them for Daddy.

[Later]
I-Banana! Again! Let's save this one for daddy too.

ready for my close up

James took most of these pictures. I think he did a good job.

Congratulations Willy!

Just yesterday Willy told me he got his final grade back for Constitution Law. "Wow", I said," How do you feel about that?" He's ambivalent. It's the worst grade he's ever got in twenty years of school. On the other hand he's finished with school. Well Ding Dong the Witch is dead, I say. Congratulations, now go pass the BAR*.

*Every morning, Isabella asks if Daddy is going to spend all day at the bar. It's funny because we're teetotalers.

Yorktown 2010

The Trolley driver claims this monument has been struck by lightening twice. Her entire face had to be replaced and a whole arm. Now shes's got a lighting rod stuck in her head. Nice!

Here Luke and Willy are admiring a backhoe outside the home where the articles of capitulation were signed (I think). Luke is inlove with heavy equipment. He can identify several types of trucks. He likes to shout out their names. The other day on our walk he commanded: Look at Cement Truck.

Jamestown 2010

Willy's Parents came for a visit. We toured Jamestown and Yorktown and we attended the GMU Law Graduation.
(Very Funny James. Now you know how the other half lives!)

Leader of the Pack

Luke likes to dress up. Hats, shoes, chapstick, nail polish, jewelry- He likes it. I don't want to forbid him these pleasures. But I do. Once, while rummaging in Isabella's stuff, he found an old bikini bottom. He chased me around the apartment saying "Panty. Panty. Panty", and threw the most holy fit when I refused let him wear them. Well, he wore the bikini bottom all day, and even in the bath. We had words after the bath time when the bikini had to go.

Baltimore Aquarium 2010

This was fun. The beach might have been cheaper. Still it was a lot of fun. We went with Willy's boss Julie and her son and her two grandaughters. Very fun. There were dolphins and Jelly Fish and Tropical Rain Forests and Sharks. So fun.
(Willy says "don't put that picture in". But I like it. So there.)
